The Peoples Bank - Seminole building project is a steel structure building with a standing seam roof and metal stud exterior walls insulated with six inches of open cell foam insulation. Beautiful Austin stone and EIFS exterior wall finishes make the wrap-around porch stand out with dark bronze architectural soffit panels and standing seam roof panels. Included is a four-lane drive through with 3 being covered by gables roof structure. The interior draws attention with a curved soffit for signage above the black wood curved reception desk with Peoples Bank logo etched into glass behind. The reception desk, banking areas and kitchen cabinets are all topped with granite countertops. The floor in the lobby features a Florida-Tile Berkshire tile (rich colored and hand-scraped texture ceramic tile designed to look like wood) that transitions to a beautiful Patcraft carpet laid in 1/4 turn pattern in the waiting areas and offices.
